Auction software for Livestock Auctioneers
The system eliminates duplication in the office and automates the majority of administrative

effectively as possible, allowing auctioneers to concentrate on their customers.
In the market office
The system works on true Microsoft principles; Windows. Multi tasking is simple, open as many
windows as you like, switch effortlessly from purchaser invoicing to vendors cheques to sales
totals to selling lots. Drive the system with keyboard entry for optimum processing speed or
navigate with a click of a button with easy to understand icons. E-mail invoices at the point of
sale, print to laser printers or if you prefer dot matrix printers.
In the sales ring
Data is recorded in real-time in the sales ring and is available immediately in the back office
system. The sale ring system is designed to keep pace with the auctioneer providing the clerk
with complete flexibility to; split lots, batch lots, put individual animals in a lot on hold and look
up tag number when lot numbers have fallen off. A till receipt printer provides vendors prices
and weights removing the need for them to queue in the office. Furthermore, the system can
receive data from the weighbridge speeding up the selling process by removing the need to enter
the lot number or weight. Dynamically drive the display board at the point of sale, allowing for
remarks and any changes made in the ring to be reflected on the sale ring display. Display to
conventional LED display or a TV screen or even a TFT monitor.
In the yard
The back office system can be used in the yard for pre entry of livestock (facilitating the printing
of lot labels removing the need for glue and pre printed labels) and can communicate real time
with E.I.D. (electronic identification) systems. E.I.D. systems can be provided to fit any scenario
and any budget, from simple handheld readers that download information to the back office
system to high flow race readers at the entry or exit of sale rings.
Pro active marketing & analysis
Use the stock analysis to find and contact vendors & purchasers. Establish who traded with
whom, trace stock by type, area, postcode & more, then contact them by; text, e-mail (attach
sale reports and catalogues). From the history suite e-mail or re-print copy invoices, statements,
sheep license, FCI’s and EID tags.
Sophisticated debtor analysis & contact management
The debtor system is simple but hugely effective. Providing many ways to keep close control of
your debtors, including a full contact management suite with the facility to e-mail or text and
providing follow up reminders.
Display real time information anywhere
In addition to displaying in the sale ring the system can provide real time display of sale
information in the yard for back penning, in the concourse or canteen for customers and in the
office for market staff. The system can also show sales on the internet with full streaming visual
and audio content; this can also be recorded locally for audit and dispute purposes.
